- Any use of third-party programs or software to gain unfair advantages is strictly forbidden.
- Result: Permanent ban without warning.
- Found a bug? Report it via Discord Ticket System or Global Chat.
- Abusing bugs will result in instant punishment (including possible character deletion).
- Any method to gain an unfair edge over others is considered cheating.
- Staff reserves the right to judge each case individually and punish accordingly.
- Do not share or sell accounts.
- Staff will not assist with issues from shared/traded accounts.
- We will never ask for your password.
- No begging for items.
- No scamming other players.
- No impersonating or manipulating staff.
- Abuse may result in account suspension, depending on severity.
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, including:
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Trolling or spamming
- Inappropriate character or guild names
- Pretending to be staff or using staff-like names/guilds is forbidden.
- Result: Immediate deletion of character/guild + Lifetime ban.
- Promoting other servers or commercial products is strictly prohibited.
- Result: Permanent ban.
- Do not create drama or make accusations in public channels.
- Use the Report Forum for issues such as ninja looting or staff abuse.
- Avoid using in-game tickets or world chat for complaints.
- NOT Allowed.
- Staff will not provide support for RMT-related issues.
- No one affiliated with any gaming company may access this website.
- By donating, you waive all legal rights regarding your donation.
- No refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Rule violation bans
- Dissatisfaction with service
- Missing donation receipts
- No replacements for lost/damaged items unless approved by Management and with authentic proof.
- You are solely responsible for your account safety.
- Heaven Mu is not liable for lost items, characters, or scams.
- Attempting a chargeback will result in:
- Permanent ban on all accounts linked to your IP
- Possible credit history consequences via a collections agency
